Welcome to the Bateman Family Home Page. One of our main interests is family history. Currently we are actively researching the following names BATEMAN (which can traced to Chappel, Essex); WILLMOTT (Aller, Somerset); CATCHPOLE (Harwich, Essex; Freston / Harkstead / Woolverstone Suffolk); CARTER (Shipwrights of Harwich Essex); SPARROW (Shotley, Suffolk).
