Will of George AMY or AMYE (-1635)

In the name of God Amen. I George AMY of Wanborough in the county of Surrey, Esquire, being sick and weak in body, but of perfect memory thanks be given to Almighty God do Make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

First I give and bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my [creator?]  and Jesus Christ his only son my [?] saviour and redeemer by whose portioned blood shed for me a sinner.

I hope to be partaken of that great glorio with him in his kingdom and have [??] of all my [?].

Item. I give unto my [?] Henry AMYE of Thames Street Dyer the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of England to be paid within one whole year [?] after my decease.

Item. I give to my good friend Mr. Poynes [Poynings] MOORE esquire the sum of fifty pounds of like lawful money.

Item. I give to Mr. William MOORE the older Esquire the sum of five and twenty pounds of like money.

To me Mr. Roger LAMIMOUR to buy him a ring ten pounds.

Item. To Mr. John DOUGHTY to buy him a gown ten pounds.

Item I give unto St John Losdes knight my household, which he hath now in his custody.

Item I give unto Mr. Thomas FENWICK my [?] made he hath in his custody he defraying the charges [?] he is in.

Item give unto my [?] Nicholas ONYONS all my marriage apparel and all my [?] Gatts [?]  Goods [?] and all thereunto belonging.

Item I give an bequeath to the poor of St Brides als. Bridgett the sum of ten pounds to be paid within [?] after my decease.

Item I give unto Lucy NALTHE my keeping nurse for her pains taken with me in this my  taken we me in this my sickness forty shillings before her wages.

Item I give unto Margaret STUNIGOR wife of John STUNIGOR of Salisbury Court where I/ [??] ten shillings to buy[?]

Item I give unto my dear father George AMYE of Wanborough aforesaid esquire all debts and funds? of money due unto me from him either upon bond bill [?] or otherwise.

Item I do nominate and appoint my well loved sister Jane CLIFTON the wife of John CLIFTON of Wanborough aforesaid and George Clifton her Son my executors of this my last will  and testament unto when I [?] all the residue of my personal estate my debts and legacies [?] paid.

And I hereby charge and command my said executors that they will appear before the tribunal [?] of god to for thro my will duly and truly performed.
