In the Name of God Amen. I James PAINE of Wanborough Farmer being of sound mind memory and understanding blessed before Almighty God for the same do by this my last Will and Testament devise and declare. First I give to my only son James PAINE all my property situate at Tongham and Ash in this County consisting of a house hop kiln and lands part freehold and part copyhold held under the manor of Farnham subject to all charges thereon. The residue of my property consisting of my stock goods book debts and all my other various effects shall be sold and collected as soon as possible the amount of which to be applied to the payment of my funeral expenses and all my just debts. The remainder to be equally divided between my dear wife and children in just and equal proportions separately share and share alike. And I do nominate and appoint William Henry SPENCER and John Frederick DOVE of Sunbury in the county of Middlesex executors to carry the same into effect within one year from the time of my decease who shall make provision for my children until the property is divided from the amount. On the 19th day of October 1836 Admin with the Will annexed of the goods chattels and credits of James PAINE late of Wanborough in the County of Surrey farmer deceased was granted to John ROKER, Henry ROKER. George ROKER and George POTTER the executors of the will of John ROKER deceased whilst living creditor by bond of the said deceased. Having been first sworn by Commission to administer William Henry SPENCER John Frederick DOVE the executors named in the said will having first ? the probate and execution thereof Elizabeth PAINE widow the relict and Mary TRIMMER widow Sarah SPENCER wife of the said William Henry SPENCER Louisa DOVE wife of the said John Frederick DOVE Jane GUNNER wife of George GUNNER Caroline BOTTERALL wife of will BOTTERALL Frances PAINE spinster and James PAINE the natural lawful and only children of the said deceased and as such the residuary legatees named in the said Will having been first duly cited with the usual initialization but in no case appeared as by Acts of Court appear.
