I Samuel BRADFORD do make this my last Will and Testament.

I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my nephew Morris BIRKBECK of Wanborough.

I appoint the said M. BIRKBECK my sole executor.

As witness my [?] and seal this tenth day of April one thousand 8 and two [1802].

Samuel BRADFIELD Signed and sealed to be his last will and testament.

We John BLAKES of the parish of Great Saint Helens London, Nicholas and Richard BUSH the [?] of Wandsworth in the county of Surrey Gentlemen do solemnly sincerely and \truly affirm and declare that we are dissenters from the Church of England commonly called Quakers and that we knew and were well acquainted with Samuel BRADFORD late of Wanborough in the county of Surrey deceased for several years before and to the time of his death and during that time [?] frequently seen write and also write and subscribe his name and are thereby become acquainted with his manner and character of hand writing and subscription. And having now with care and attention viewed and perused the paper writing hereto annexed purporting to be and contain the last Will and Testament of the said deceased contained in the [?] following  [?]

"I Samuel BRADFORD do make this my last Will and Testament.  I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my nephew Morris BIRKBECK of Wanborough. I appoint the said M. BIRKBECK my sole executor. As witness my [?] and seal this tenth day of April one thousand 8 and two. Samuel BRADFIELD Signed and sealed to be his last will and testament."

We do verily and in our consciences believe the whole [?] and contents of the said will, the subscription and addition thereto to be of the proper hand writing and subscription of the said deceased.

John BLAKES, Richard BUSH. 1st day of April 1803 the said John BLAKES and Nicholas BUSH were duly affirmed to the truth of the above solemn and sincere declaration or affirmation before me S PARSON [?] Geo JENNUR.

This Will was proved at London on ninth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and three. Before the Right Honourable Sir William TOYMIE knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissionary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by Morris BIRKBECK the younger the nephew and only next of kin of the deceased and the only person who would have been entitled to his personal estate and effects in [?] he had died intestate and the sole executor and universal legatee named in the said will to whom admin of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased was granted he having first [?] a solemn and sincere declaration or affirmation according to the act of Parliament only to admin [?].
