I
Hannah
WARNER
of Flexford in the
parish
of
Wanborough
in the
County
of
Surrey
.
Do make publish and declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament in
the manner and form following that is to say In the first place I direct that
all my just debts funeral expenses and the expenses of proving this my Will be
paid by my Executors herein after appointed .
I
give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the wife of Jeremiah
Prior
of Charwood in the County of Surrey the sum of two hundred and eight five pounds
to be paid unto her at the end six months next after my decease and if she shall
not be living I divert the to be paid equally amongst her children also I give
and bequeath unto to my brothers
William
Chandler and Joseph CHANDLER
the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds in trust that they or the survivor of
them his executors and administrators shall the same out at in trust or such
security or securities as they shall think proper and pay the interest thereof
unto my Daughter Anita the wife of
James
BARROD during her life and at her
decease that they do divide and pay the same two hundred and fifty pounds
equally amongst her children. And in case it should happen that anyone or more
of the children of my said Daughter Anita shall depart this life before her or
their respective share of the monies they may be entitled to under this my Will
shall become due and payable leaving lawful issue. I do in such case direct that
the share or him or her or them so dying shall belong and be paid to such his
her or their respective issue. Also I give unto my said DAUGHTER
Anne
our large silver spoon marked with the letters H C. And I give and bequeath unto
my said Daughter Mary one large spoon
marked with the letters H C and I give unto each of my said daughters two pair
of my best quilts? and pillowcases? And I give and bequeath all my pewter
equally between my son and two daughters.
I give each of my grandchildren that may be living at my
decease one guinea and as to all the rest and residue of my monies, goods,
farming stock, household furniture chattels effects and personal estate
whatsoever and wheresoever being after my debts legacies and funeral; expenses
are paid and discharged I give and bequeath the same to my son Thomas
WARNER
his
executors and administrators .
And I nominate and appoint my said brothers
William
and Joseph CHANDLER executors of this my last will and testament
And
I revoke all other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only
to contain my last will and testament.
In
testimony whereof I have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal
this sixth
day
of April in the year of our

Surrogate of the Right Worshipful Peter COLVERT also Doctors of Law Master
Keeper or Commissionary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully
constituted by
William
CHANDLER and Joseph CHANDLER the brothers of the deceased and the executors
named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular
the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased they having already made a
solemn and sincere declaration affirmation according to Act of Parliament duly
to Administer.
