Will of Richard Henry BUDD (1771-1829)

 15 December 1829 PROB 11/1763

In the name of God Amen. I Richard Henry BUDD of Stoke Hill near Guildford in the county of Surrey Esquire , do make this my Last Will and Testament. In the manner and form following that is to say that after the payment of all my just debts. I give devise and bequeath all my manors messuages lands tenements and hereditaments wheresoever situate and of what tenure or quality the same may be and according to my property and interest therein. And also all my monies annuities for money goods chattels an personal estate and effects whatsoever unto and to the only  [?] and benefit of my dear wife Susannah BUDD her heirs executors and administrators respectively for ever. I also devise all such messuages lands tenements and hereditaments where of I am solely seized in trust for any person or persons unto my wife and her heirs in trust to hold and convey the same respectively as the person or persons entitled thereto shall direct.

 I appoint my wife executrix to this Will and hereby all former Wills. I declare this to be my last. In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament as well as to a [?] hereof subscribed my hand and affixed my seal this eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord 1814. Proved at London 15th December 1829 before the Judge by the oath of Susannah BUDD widow the Relict and sole Executrix to whom administration was granted having been first sworn by commission duly to administer.
